Finding myself with a lot more time on my hands than normal due to the current crisis, I decided to do some things that I’ve wanted to do for a long time but never find the time. One of these is to create a series of whiteboard videos called “Tools and Life Skills for better mental and emotional health

So I recently bought myself a fantastic and very reasonably priced software package called Doodly and set about learning how to make a whiteboard video and to set up a YouTube channel in order to publish them.

I am super proud of myself today as I bring you my first video in the series. It is on Therapeutic Journaling. This is a tool I often invite my clients to use and it is very helpful for dealing with emotional overwhelm, stress and low mood. It is also great for gaining clarity on your thoughts and feelings and for finding a different perspective on a situation.
